This page is the carrier-required disclosure for the SMS deployment surface of aswritten.ai’s agent deployment feature, available on the Organization tier. Businesses on Organization can deploy their perspective as an SMS agent so customers, clients, or partners can text questions and get answers cited back to the deploying business’s documented expertise.
This page describes what messages SMS recipients should expect, and how to opt in or out.
What this number does
When you interact with an aswritten.ai phone number, you are texting a deployed AI agent that has been configured by a specific business or expert to answer questions grounded in their documented expertise. The agent responds with answers cited back to that business’s knowledge. A human on the deploying business’s team can step in at any time.
Message types
You will receive:
- Responses to questions you send to the agent
- Conversation continuations within an active topic
- Account notifications such as opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) confirmations
You will not receive marketing messages from aswritten.ai. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation activity with the agent. There is no fixed number of messages per day or week — you receive a message when the agent has a response to a question you’ve sent, or when you’ve sent a STOP or HELP keyword and we send a confirmation.
How to opt in
There are two ways to opt in to receive SMS messages from aswritten.ai:
1. Sign up on our website. Submit your name, email, and phone number on our signup form and check the SMS consent box. You will receive a confirmation message.
2. Receive an agent’s number from a deploying business. A business with an existing client relationship with you may provide you with a deployed agent’s phone number after collecting your consent at onboarding. When you text that number, you initiate a conversation under that business’s consent record.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START.
